The CMANC Board of Directors provides a cross-sections of members, with representatives of both large and small organizations from around the state. Directors are elected to three-year terms. Under the Bylaws, the Executive Committee consists of the Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, Immediate Past Chair and Executive Director.
